Translated from Catalan, it means "House of the Stork", but in this case the villa is named after the delightful wine from the Empordà region! This beautiful, modern villa consists of two living levels and is equipped with all conveniences.
You park the car on the private driveway, which can be completely closed off. The spacious living room and kitchen are located on the first floor. Enormous sliding doors provide access to the large terrace with a generous swimming pool. In the inviting lounge set, it is delightful to relax after a warm beach day with a good glass of wine. While the barbecue is being lit, you can set the long dining table on the terrace for an atmospheric dinner during a sultry summer evening.
One floor higher are the four bedrooms: spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, suitable for a total of eight people. Each bedroom provides access to a terrace where you can retreat to read a book in complete peace. Around the house, you will find even more cosy terraces, one of which has a ping pong table.
A supermarket is within walking distance. For those who love walking, the beach is even accessible on foot. Along the way, you will encounter various restaurants, boutiques, and bars. Not in the mood for a beach day? Tennis courts, padel courts, and the famous Platja de Pals golf course are just a kilometre away from the house.
